HOW TO JUDGE AN INTERVIEWER?


Keep yourself calm because to judge another person you need to observe their activities.
2 things that really matters (which are tested in an interview?)
     ->  Your character
     -> Your ability
Few of your ability and achievements are already listed in your resume. So make sure to show yourself as a sophisticated and well mannered person.
There can be lots of candidates qualifying for the Interview. They have shortlisted; based on the qualification and experience, so you have to stress on your soft skills and socializing capacity which are not listed in your resume.
Check for the questions whether the interviewer is stressing more on your ability or character
For E.g.
Professional achievements ?
Career growth?
Expectations from job?
Change in career path?
Etc.. These questions from the interviewer show that the interviewer is more into your Capacity and work rather than your character.
Weakness
Strengths
Team management skills
Challenges with your higher levels
What your team thinks about you
Handling pressure
Etc..
Shows, that the interviewer is more concerned about your Character and socializing skills.
The Kind of question that the interviewer asks helps us to know the expectations of the interviewer. So that, you can elaborate about yourself and your talents accordingly.
More than what you know, satisfying the interviewer with his requirements and answering to his points is what really matters.
