Few questions irritates us,

Few questions encourage us,

Few questions generate fear,

Few questions forces us to lie,

Few questions make us sad,

Few questions help us to grow

Etc..

 The ultimate agenda behind every question is to get the answer, clarify doubts, and improve understanding. Right ?

But most of us fail to get or give the right answer because the way that the question is put , makes the person more uncomfortable that he / she fails to give the right Answer.

For E.g.

My boss fails to keep patience during our deadlines, so our team keep quit even we know the steps to finish the project because he lacks the ability to listen to us.

So when our aim is to get the answer, we should makes sure that the way we question and also the person who answers the question are in right state of mind.

Our questions should never make people afraid or uncomfortable.

Questioning is an art?

One should be kind and courteous. Words should be selected carefully. So that, you will not create permanent scars.
