Why socializing is an important characteristic to survive successfully in the corporate World?

Socializing is not the way how you behave with others, but how others feel when they are with you.

Most of us think socializing belongs to the extroverts, that’s not true.

Introvert or an extrovert is the characteristics expressed by the individual.

Socializing is a behavioral pattern expressed by the environment towards the individual, which is determined by the individual’s ability to accept the surroundings as they are.

You might be an extrovert or an introvert, it doesn’t matter. All that matters is how comfortable you make people when they are with you.

I.e. having the tolerance and common sense to accept people as they are and not the way you wanted them to be. Adding to this not being judgmental is very important.

Socializing is not being active on social media, talking with everyone around you, having a huge friends circle, always seen at parties or roaming around.

Socializing is  

Ability to accept the reality, talking to the point, being straight forward without hurting others feelings, most of your surroundings should have a good opinion about you, being positive is what really makes one a socializing person,

I.e. A person with whom we really feel comfortable with the way we are.

Socializing is an ability to mix with the surroundings in a peaceful and productive way.

So, it’s a talent on which everyone should work up on.

Socializing not only helps you to mingle with the surroundings but also helps you to show your talents, increases the transparency of your abilities, reduces unnecessary drama. Makes you a better person among others. This will pave you a path to climb higher.
