Most of us
get paid in different amounts for the same work and with the same amount of knowledge
with the same amount of work experience because the amount we earn completely
depends on the carrier ladder that we have built for our self.
Gone are
those days we start with one company and retire in the same company after 30 to
40 years.
Nowadays,
staying in a single company for 3 to 4 years makes the person not eligible for adaptability
Study says
Many workers spend five
years or less in every job, so they devote more time and energy transitioning
from one job to another. In January 2016, the Bureau of Labor Statistics
reported the average employee tenure was 4.2 years, down from 4.6 years in January 2014.

Fuzzy definitions aside,
the average person changes jobs 10 to 15 times (with an average of 12 job
changes) during his or her career.
So it is high time that we
should realize the importance of changing jobs.
From Darwin’s theory we
know that, the one who adapts is the one who survives.
Changing jobs not only
helps you to earn more, reach higher positions early, but also helps you to
retire early to enjoy rest of your life peacefully
