1. How the questions are formed?
2. What kind of people shortlist you?
3. How much your talent and knowledge is really worth for?
4. What are the courses you have to enroll to keep yourself updated?
5. Where you have to improve?
So just keep applying, irrespective of the necessity. Make sure to always update your resume.
