The best way
to converse doesn’t lies just with the way you talk,
The major
ability lies with one’s observational powers and listening capacity.
And both are
completely different and don’t get confused with one another.
Listening
deals with keeping yourself keen on what the other person is speaking, most of the
people are not very careful all the times, when they speak. So you can always
use your intellectual ability to collect more information during a verbal
communication. Makes sure to give eye contact, so that the other person gains
confidence, that you are very keen with his/her inputs. Give enough time,
before you go to the next point, this silence will help you to extract more
information and gives time to the other person to think and speak. Helps you
answer to the point so obviously saves time.
Now let’s
deal with the observational powers.
These are
the crucial talents, which most of us lack. To observe anything we need a very
stable mind and ability to concentrate. Stability is a strong characteristic of
calm and a composed mind. The most common characteristic of anyone’s is mind is
to keep wandering, so no one is a born genius. Each one of us has to work on
our observational powers.
Every one of
us gets inspired when someone notices small things from us, or remembers minute
details. Right ?
Because, it
makes us feel special and brings a cute smile on our face.
“Great
people are not someone who speaks big stuffs but someone who understand little
things in our life.”
Observation
makes one’s job simple, helps to find solutions at a faster rate, improves one’s
efficiency, helps in avoiding common mistakes, shows you as a sharper
individual among the rest, reliable person for knowledge and obviously makes
your job easier.
