How 70 to 80 % of the interview questions are same irrespective of wherever you are? (PART-1)

Interview questions are easy to guess when compared to any other exam questions.
The reason is they are highly predictable. Let’s see how to predict these questions like a pro
There are two types,
è One who has attended many interviews (More than 8)– Type A
è One who doesn’t have much exposure (Less than 8) – Type B

Type A
Steps to be followed
·        Start writing down your interview questions after every interview
·        Write down your responses also
·        If it’s a telephone or Skype, record your conversation
·        Listening to your own conversations helps greatly to rectify and improve

Note: After following the above steps you will realize that more than 70% of the Questions remain similar.
         Type B
·        Knowing about oneself is more important than knowing about the role you have applied for.
·        80%  is knowledge about yourself
·        20 % is knowledge about the company and the role

Telling about yourself is a skill where you have to portray yourself as a hero of your story line in a genuine and acceptable way. Regarding which I’ll be dealing with in my next article.
